If you are using our Services from other regions, such as the European Union, you are agreeing to send your personal information to the United States. Springtail as data processor and service provider

Springtail customers transfer content, personal information, and other data (referred to collectively as “customer data”) to us when using our Services. We don’t control the customer data that is transferred to our Services, which is stored on our service provider’s servers. The ways we store, handle, and share this customer data are outlined by our service agreements with our customers.

Springtail customers are responsible for managing the customer data they transfer to us. This includes correcting, deleting, or updating the data and ensuring they comply with laws about notifying, disclosing, or getting consent before transferring personal information to Springtail for processing. Any personal information hosted, stored or published by a customer is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Springtail recognizes that you may have the right to access, update, and delete your personal information. If you want to access, update, or delete your personal information that we handle for our customers, you should contact the customer directly, as they are in charge of that data.

Age restrictions

Our Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18, whom we consider minors. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from minors, and if we learn that any personal information has been collected inadvertently from a minor, we will delete the information as soon as possible.
